X2, if the cabinet isn't physically sucking up the media it's clogged somewhere. Have you removed the media hose from the gun, put the nozzle into the hose and gave it a blast, it should clear out a blockage.

When the battery is on the charger both green/red lights flash all the time. I watched a YouTube video on resetting the battery, that didn't change anything? It stayed on the charger all night, power button on battery shows red bar?
