Barn Finds (cars and other vehicles)

Sparked by, but not wishing to hi-jack, the new thread on barn finds, I started this one so I may post this photo of a car we found in an old warehouse in a suburb of Manila. Covered with decades of dust and with most parts in boxes, but missing its badge, it had these odd doors. Andres

    Modern Garage in Far East

Your location is breathtaking, Ody. What an incredible view you have! And such a beautiful home and garage, too, with all the right cars. You are a lucky man. You will have fun figuring out how and where to install the proerty's old name. Many thanks, Ody, Jimmie! I just wanted to show...

    Modern Garage in Far East

Misc. Projects Our house (residents in photo) was once a Spanish-style house for a large family. They named it “Vista Linda.” That means “beautiful view,” because of the vistas of the valley and mountains the house then enjoyed. When I first looked it up in street maps, I was surprised the...

Re: Lista Cabinets come to the 12-Gauge Garage -- and I've got questions I vote for green, Jack, of the same shade you have in the shop. Green will make the place seem larger and reduce visual clutter dramatically. The fact that they came in green is a sign! They look great. Good luck! Andy

    Garage/workshop in Bogota, Colombia

When you take the MG up, again, Jose, can you take photos of where you placed the jack lift pads? By the way, there is a very good article on Bogota in the September 23 issue of the International Herald Tribune, specifically on the La Candelaria district. It speaks of a renaissance and how...

    Question for MaxJax owners

Rick, 28' is actually spacious, especially if you don't need to fill up the space with cars. The good thing about Maxjax is that it is not obtrusive (see photo below) and in a worst case can be wheeled away. Andy

MaxJax in Colombia Here you go, Jose. Corrected for the Northern Hemisphere. That's a good looking car. And it seems you do a lot of work in your shop. Andy
