    Probably a dumb shop furnace question.

    +1 on that..... Gas [and other flammables] sink to the floor,I think code requires 18" off the floor for open flame..... Greenbikemike

    Few little things that I repurposed.... A piece of unistrut I had laying around.....cut some slots and drilled some holes in it... Old spring off one of my bikes,cut it in half and screwed it under my shelf and got this one from GJ........grease gun holder.... Greenbikemike

    Forced Air Heater - Why mount on ceiling?

    Gas vapor will sink and hug the floor and could cause a fire if you have an open flame down low.I think it's 18" off the floor is code,but I'm not sure. Having it out of the way helps too,but safety is the main reason I think. Greenbikemike

    I replaced both switches and have good connections...so.....it has to be in the cans......and I can't pull the cans down to check.....I put a wood ceiling in over the cans...bad move on my part.I can get to them from the attic....pain in the *** to get at. thanks Greenbikemike

    Has anybody used a harbour freight rock tumbler to polish older tools and sockets?

    I've never tried it for sockets etc. but for 45 ACP brass I use 1/2 corn cob 1/2 walnut with some Nu Finish and it works great,so I may have to try this sometime.As for the crock pot cook'n anti freeze for carbs,I've never heard of that but I'm going give that a try.....just drain the gas and...
