I had a simular situation, but not with a c-man-packed tight with grease when it arrived--I cleaned out the heavy lube and used some engine assy lube on the gear and 3-1 oil on the balance-purredlike a kitten from than on! Ibelieve it was a matco?? Just my 3 cent's worth:3gears:
