Besides the customer service, did you find the BenPak to be of superior quality/engineering over the other two makes? Are the air locks a real deal breaker? I am asking, because like you, I have been looking at lifts for months and still can't make up my mind!

I think they ship to the closest port, I guess Vancouver in your case, and you arrange the remainder of the transportation. For me they ship to either Montreal or Toronto.
