If unfaced insulation, then yes, a minimum of 4 mil vapor barrier between the inside OSB and your insulation. If faced insulation, then no vapor barrier needed.

This is interesting. My builder, which has offices in multiple northern states, builds posts on 8' centers with trusses on the same posts. So trusses every 8'. 2x4 purlins laid on top of the trusses. Bottom of the trusses are ceiling rated.
