    Pictures of radiant tubing installed

This is also a good time to run conduit for cable, phone, network, water so you don't have to have the conduit boxes on the outside walls. I had a long run to go back to the house so I used pex from Home Depot.

    Pictures of radiant tubing installed

Note the extra perpendicluar runs on the lane side, that is where my OH doors are. That is done because of the extra heat loss in that area. I also ran a conduit in the slab for the electrical for the boiler, saved a ton of $$$ in wire with that shortcut. The 90 degree PVC conduits are also a...

    Cantilever gates

I am looking at either a 14 or 16' opening and I was planning on the total length at either 20 or 22' That almost gives the 1/3 rule. I was planning on putting the two posts 5-6' apart. Does the size of the gate fall in to place in the calcuation of how far the posts are to be apart? Here...

    Compressor Auto drian .......

Yah and you can even put a cup underneath the drain pipe to catch the juice without having it blasted 50 miles away every time the drain opens.

    Compressor Auto drian .......

Another thing that I did with my drain is when I took the petcock off the tank, I mounted it to the pipe coming out of my auto drain. This allows me to limit the amount of air the comes out, it really cuts down on noise and allows it to slowly leak down instead of a blast of air at full pressure.

    Compressor Auto drian .......

I put mine on a switch that I also use to control an electric solenoid to turn on the air shutoff to the tank. So when I want to use the compressor I hit the switch, it open the drain and opens the air line from the tank. I just have my drain just going to the floor, the amount of water that...

    automatic compressor drains...

Just wire into 120 to energize it. They come normally open and normally closed so for this application you would need a NC Look on ebay for ASCO valves, check for the correct max pressure, voltage, NC or NO and the NPT size you need. I got my $600 valve off ebay for $10 brand new.

    automatic compressor drains...

I have one off ebay too, paid like $45, since my compressor is in my attic I needed it. I also got a 3/4" electric solenoid valve for the airlines right at the tank. Both are hooked up to a switch at ground level, when I need air I turn the switch on, it opens the valve and the drain. Shut it...

I use 18" hydraulic hose for that, check the pressure rating on the hose though. You should be able to find it at farm supply places with the ends already on for around $10

    Lifting Parts

I have the same setup as you, I took 2 2x6's and nailed them together then layed them upright on the trusses and nailed them there. I welded up a bracket to slip over the 2x6's to hook up a chain hoiost to. Works good, just try and span as many trusses as you can. I lifted an 80 gallon 2...

    In-ceiling speakers

If you are prewiring it would be a good idea to run the speaker wires back to a volume control at a convient spot on the wall, then from there run them back to where your amp would be, also run a cat5 wire from the volume control to the amp, this could be used for an A-bus control setup or for...
