    Gearwrench Non-ratcheting Wrenches

Well. Just bit the bullet and bought 11 standard piece snap on flank drive plus and a 10 piece metric flank drive plus metric from a friend of mine for a little under $400. Figured I'd cry once buy once. May not use it much now but I plan to in the future. Thanks guys!

    Gearwrench Non-ratcheting Wrenches

I will just try and be patient. I'd at the very least like to have an entire set to be matching. I will have to keep an eye on eBay but everyone is doing so also. I guess I just need to track down the right pawn shops or flea markets. Not too many legit ones that I'm aware of locally.

    Gearwrench Non-ratcheting Wrenches

Thanks! I really like that 17 piece metric set. Even looks to be polished. . . now to spend the big bucks and be happy or just go with Tekton and just be satisfied.

Snagged new a USA Made Craftsman raised panel wrench set

It looks like the PN in the description matches the PN listed on the box. . .

    Gearwrench Non-ratcheting Wrenches

I have tried searching with no luck or the search feature just doesn't work well. Thanks for the insight. I'll try searching again. I will take a look at the proto's and see if there are anything within my price range. Really trying not to break the $200 mark so trying to get the most I can for...

    Gearwrench Non-ratcheting Wrenches

Hello All, I see lots of talk about the Gearwrench ratcheting wrenches, and actually own a full set, but don't see much about the non-ratcheting combo wrenches. Is that for a reason? Most of my collection is Gearwrench due to their value and mild obsession with matching. I just wrench on my car...

Looking for a Two Post Lift Suitable for Storing a Car?

I would be fairly worried at the long term effects of having the suspension fully drooped out for extended periods of time. No scientific proof but doesn't seem like a good idea.

Just got these from FedEx! The socket sets are all from Tooldiscounter.com awesome people and upgraded the 1/2" set to match because they were out of stock on the cheaper ones at no charge! Unreal! The ratchet set I got on eBay for a killer deal. Nice to have a full and complete assortment of...

Using only impact or power sockets with air ratchets

Was thinking the same thing. Maybe it has a battery powered air compressor built into the ratchet?

Questions regarding the Harbor Freight 44" box for those that own them

Picked up one last night and we just slid it into the bed of my truck. Leaned it up to the tailgate and pivoted it up and layed it on its side. It was good to go! No damage anywhere either.

HF Toolboxes Workbench - Phase 3

Well I got it and muscled it under the work bench. It's a gift for my dad as he always puts his priorities last, I feel that with him retiring in a couple years it's time to dial in the garage so he can get back into wrenching and wood working more often. It's a work in progress but it's a good...

    Harbor Freight Coupon Thread

First time using a Harbor Freight coupon today. Nobody has ever been hassled printing a coupon from these scans and bringing it in? I know some places require an original coupon, I'm taking it that's not the case here?

They definitely have what i'd need but there's no way to get it here in time. May do that at a later date.

HF Toolboxes Workbench - Phase 3

I'm in Orange County, CA. I've been doing some online searching to no avail. Doubt any of the local hardware stores (Home Depot/Lowes) will have anything. I may just trace the caster pattern on some spare 2x4 or 2x6 laying around and drill it and countersink the bolts. His bench has a clearance...

HF Toolboxes Workbench - Phase 3

Im Going to be picking up one of these 44" HF boxes for my dad for Christmas. It will fit perfectly under his workbench, but without the casters. Can anyone tell me what thread the caster bolts are so that I can get feet to screw in the box? I would like to have everything installed for him in a...
