Proto 6430 - speeder extension? specialty tool?

I bought this Proto 1/2 dr. bent extension recently with a group of tools at the flea market. Google doesn't bring up a single reference to a Proto 6430. I've reviewed several older Proto catalogs I've located online but have not found it, or any similar Proto tool. Anyone have info on this...

With winter upon us, I'd rather not have to brave the weather to repeatedly clean the crud off the 4 pieces of rebar in my backyard electrolysis bucket. I understand that using graphite bar or flats in place of steel in an electrolysis tank greatly reduces or eliminates the buildup of crud on...

    Proto 1/2" pebble ratchet

I picked this up last weekend at a flea market for $5. I haven't found many references to similar ratchets online. Would this be considered an uncommon transition piece? I bit of grease and it works perfectly.

    Stumbled across an estate sale

After lurking on the forum for the last month or so, I happened across an estate sale in one of the safe, older parts of Oakland. It appeared the husband had been a machinist; the sale had lots of old tools (this is about 1/3 of the tools - not me in the pic):
