I ordered the FS-19P-125 today I spoke with the sales guy at Solberg and he was very helpful. I expect this will have more of a tone change than db reduction. Anything is better than the bottom line mini Solberg it came with. I already have the brass pipe to get it up and away my intake comes...

Yeah I kind of figured as much. My motor is quieter than the pump. Did you change out the intake filter to something else?

I have a Quincy 2 stage 5hp 2V41C60VC what size air filter intake can I go up to with the most db reduction? Now it has the small Solberg micro silencer on it and registers at 94db. I have a 1" intake. I am looking at the Solbergs I need a recommendation as to what one but not sure if larger is...
