We used the Antigravity one to start a 283 without a battery hooked up to it so I don't see why it couldn't be used for a power source.

I like the look of the old flat belts and it looks like someone did a decent job of adding the electric motor. Takes up more space but I could probably modifiy it to take up less of a footprint.
