Have a Snap On master set, but also have individual Vim sets. They've performed great and have zero complaints or failures. When I need another set, for road boxes, service carts or whatever Vim would be my first choice

Thsee are the ones in my main box. Little bit of everything, Wright, Proto, Williams, Ridgid, Diamond & Snap On. Favorite one is the Proto clicker one

Not true about Mac only honoring warranty for only the original owner. Last summer they sent me a complete set of brand new slides for a MB 1700 that I was not the original purchaser of.

Have Snap On one's and one set of Vim, wouldn't hesitate at all in buying more Vim , long before I'd ever even think of buying any of the other brands mentioned

Don't know about that particular hammer but within the last year I've warranted 2 Snap On Hammers because the handles split. Just called them up explained what happened and they sent out new ones.Didn't need to send pictures, was told to throw old ones away when new ones arrived. No fuss no...

The few times I've needed an external 12v power source I've used a jump box. Always worked for me

Original purchaser or not Mac will sell you a key, if not cut the wild goose chase level way down and buy a new lock with keys, in the end it'd probably be cheaper when you factor in running around trying to find one

I'd pass on that, much better can be had for that price. And as mentioned the resale value isn't great on Blue Point boxes

I bought this stuff just to get the Snap On pullers that were mixed in. My family and friends already threaten to force me into some sort of facility with nice padded walls to help with what they see as an over the top tool hoarding problem hahaha. My defense has always been " you never know...

Picked up a BUNCH of OEM Honda motorcycle specialty tools off of Craigslist, bought it for all the Snap On pullers mixed in with all the Honda tools. I'm a Harley mechanic so they're useless to me but I'm sure I'll be able to flip them and make money on the deal and end up with the Snap On...

Hahaha, yea luckly I have a few extra handles, badges and slides I've collected over the years just for when I run into boxes like this
