    SO impact

Anything currently on the market is better than the CT3850. The CT3850 was a good gun in its day but its day has passed.

    Air ratchet or M12 Cordless?

I have both the 3/8 and 1/4 M12. They were the smallest cordless ratchets that I had seen. (Not sure if something smaller has come out) If you already have some M12 tools, it would seem like a no brainer to me. There may be some bolts you need to break loose first but that's true with any...

Bake On Header Paint; How do you bake it on?

You do know that plywood burns don't you.

    Tool truck monthly fliers

Most of the time, Snap-on requires dealers commit to a fairly large package of tools to get the BOGO deals. Also, most of the time, the package of tools that contain the BOGO deals also has items that are not that good of a deal. Promotional packages are never offered in an al-a-carte...

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

Parts and individual items, full list, no ifs ands or buts. Sets, most of the time I had some kind of deal on it. I never bought any sets from Snap-on at full list unless someone ordered it and then they paid full list. How a guy had paid me also figured into the pricing, especially on used...

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

The class action suit that was settled back in 2007 or so removed any sales requirements from franchise contracts. Guys operating under different arrangements other than a franchise such as a consignment agreement have sales goals they are required to meet, but then they dont own their...

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

They didn't own their franchise. They were on a program called a gateway franchise where all of the assets were on consignment. In return for that, they were required to hit certain sales targets. I owned my franchise, I had no sales quotas set by Snap-on.

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

I never had any sales goals set by Snap-on. I was never required to carry or push any specific products. I have attached a 5 year chart for SNA. Doesn't look like a company operating a dying business model to me.

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

Because I started, http://www.facebook.com/TwoGuysLaserEngraving and http://www.facebook.com/tigershavedice ...and I purchased some rental property, and my investment in SNA shares has performed very well. I just got to a point where it wasn't fun anymore. I got tired of dealing with...

Nope, my territory was mainly in the ghetto. Used car lots, independent shops and wrecking yards was the majority of my route.

    BluePoint AT200A Air Ratchet Specs?

Closest comparison would be the AT200D. Your A model is probably at least 20 years old if not older.

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

You don't need to apologize to me. I can't get a dealer to come to my shop and I have spent several million dollars with Snap-on. :lol_hitti

Our snap-on guy just went out of business

The fact that there is that much passion on both sides about the Snap-on brand is one reason why I will continue to own their stock. BTW, I think I have 8 different Milwaukee M12 tools in my personal toolbox along with several set of different Genius tools scattered in my personal tool collection.
