I bought the last 2 hammers they had in Madison, AL. I bet they cancel my order. For some reason, when I logged into my account, the price went to almost $30 a piece! When I bought as a guest, the price remained 8.99 Weird.

Speed perks worked for me. I got $20 off.

So a manager called me back. From New Albany, MS?!! She just flat out said she would not honor it. Funny, because I ordered from Chicago store. Basically the CS operator just got any manager she could to call me back. Not even from the store I ordered from. Such ********.

I ordered mine last night. ZIPPERCAT ordered this morning and even he got shipping notification.

I was told by customer service that NONE of the orders were honored. The CS person said she spoke directly to the store manager. This all took place in about 4 minutes. That is the fastest I have seen anyone get in touch with a store manager...lol. I asked if they would honor at least ONE...
