Sorry for the delay on work. The second floor walls are going up. Here is a pic looking down from studio area on second floor. Doesn't look too big until you see my 15 yr old son at the far end walking in and the building dwarfs him.

Second story floor is on. Post and beams for next level starting. South end walls going up..

Floor trusses in place. Closest area is a studio area. In middle you can see gap where stairs will come up. Past that is all second floor storage. Truss engineer built them to hold 100 psf instead of std 30 so they are pretty solid.

Thanks to the positive comments! I plan on keeping secret squirrel stuff in there.. lol.. actually just normal stuff like cars, tractor, trailers, boat, quads, and other assorted toys. Capegls, there is a kitchenette going to be in the second floor as well. I have a 23 year old going to school...

The tree line separates the house and garage on the property. Can never have too many trees in arizona heat.. ;)
