Home depot can usually order the CE/ commercial Electric brand and it is good we have installed hundreds of their lay in troffer LED units and never a failure I think they have some surface mount units

are your existing fixtures garbage ? LED direct wire replacement bulbs are available if you are doing the whole fixture I recommend avoiding exposed LED types they can mess with your eyes I would get one with a diffuser
