    Sheathing 10’ 6” wall

Yes 10 foot 6 inch wall. Double top AND bottom plates to get me my 9 foot door. I thought to add wind strength to my corners I could nail on vertically a 10’ 6” x 4’ sheet. The 12 foot x 4 foot osb is costly but wondering if worth it? OR would blocking do the same thing w 4x8 sheets????

    Heat trace

There's some online stores that sell heat trace for underground pipes. Heat-Line and Heating elements plus to name a few. $600 and $900. Also thinking about 1/2 inch pex then run hot water couple times a winter to melt any frozen rain water...then blow it out.
