    Laura Kampf

I think the point is to produce a compelling TV show that will generate advertising revenue, not milk every last dime out of a flip. If they made too much money people would get all worked up insisting that they are screwing people.

    Got it done.

Looks good. What are the details...products used? I'm guessing grind, tinted/pigmented poly of some sort, flakes, scrape and polyaspartic clear? No problem if you don't want to say, but I am about to have mine done and curious what rate they charge in your area.

    Storing your "one-offs"

I have a stairs from garage directly to the unfinished part of my basement. One wall is a 4x8 pegboard for hand saws, framing squares, long levels, pipe wrenches, other stuff not commonly needed in the garage. Totes on shelves down there hold drywall, painting, drop cloths, and other random...

    Legit tool reviews

You could ask a specific question here...but the answers would be almost as predictable. What's the best floor jack? -That's what your skid steer is for. -I have a 60 year old one that is the best, no idea who made them and they are long discontinued. I rebuild it in my kitchen with my...

Basic/economic not fancy rolling tool cabinet??

I think many of the answers here end up being "this is what I would do because I am, after all, the master of estate sale combat". That's awesome, but those cheap used Lista and Snap On boxes are not all that common, show up infrequently (not all the time), and most people don't have the...

The weird Harbor Freight Icon hand tools plug at the end came completely out of left field...and may have actually been the whole point of the video.

Pick my plans apart - What did you wish you did when you built?

I put outlets at whatever height will suit their intended use. I can't remember the last time I had a 4x8 sheet of anything leaning against a wall but it was definitely back in the later part of the 20th century.

    PSA: Check your garage roof...

...for turtles. I saw this last fall and then forgot about it. It was only visible from my deck. I got the ladder and tree trimming pole out today and retrieved it. I assume a hawk or eagle or something lost their grip.

    Polishing Granite Countertop

Are they definately actual granite and not a manufactured quartz or other material? Sorry, nevermind...I see a pic was posted. Yeah, I'd have a 100% chance of making it worse if I tried.
