I am going to put in a Modine HDS 60k hot dawg heater....does it need it's own circuit breaker and home run wire? It only draws 1.2 amps (1/12 hp motor)on a 115v. Also can assume 14/2 wire can be used? Wiring up the garage right now so now's the time to install wiring for unit.

I'm in the same boat as you....i decided to go with a high end penetrating sealer and enjoy my new garage. That was advice from my brother who has been poring concrete for more then 30 years.

Scotty, Is this product as protective as epoxy flooring? I don't care about the pretty color's of epoxy but want the best protectant you have for my new floor. It was poured 3 weeks ago.... 6" thick, 4000 psi, fiberglass impregnated?
