    3 months ago I was quoted 72K for a 32x32 attached...yep just three walls, basic electric, 10 foot ceiling otherwise nothing fancy... Amish Built Company out of Lancaster pa..Once the Mortgage is done in April I may resize it and get more quotes...Good Luck OP

    May be because I have less than a acre to mow but speed is never a issue for me I kinda enjoy the process...Zero turns seem to be the speed demons OP....so if time critical Zero turn is a no brainer...

    Over 10K for a patio door installed

    I'm in no rush at all to fork over 10k....Funny their quote doesn't include series of door..it does include removal and all trim work...I would only have to paint/stain the interior trim...FWIW all inclusive quote they dont/didn't brake down the costs... Again thanks for the reply/s
