how much did each kit cost you? if it is little money, move on, and remember the seller and never buy again. not worth the frustration sometimes if time is delicate. for 10 or less bucks, id probably learn my lesson and never buy from him again, maybe let him know his mistake, and move on.

milwaukee tools is owned by a chinese company. i believe, i read this a few years ago, things may have changed, but i doubt it.

keep reading, its a similar issue, not the exact, the point is, most merchants will not do it to keep customers happy. thats my point. i know they are allowed, just not right and crappy of a business and credit card companies to do. that is all.
