Post pics of your 50 + year old Asian import ratchets.

Bought a 1/2" dr. Japanese ratchet at a garage sale last month. It's easily 30+ years old. Solid but bulky build. Still works perfectly.

    Sad Day

Went to Sears today for the first time in months. Right away I saw the Chinese made wrenches. They were displayed at the head of the isle. A sad sight. I kept looking at the package for the familiar Made In USA logo but it was not there, flipped a wrench over to see "China" stamped on it. The...

    The laziest ebay seller ever

I've seen lazier sellers but that one is bad. The ones that baffle me the most post something like "Ratchet" or "Hand Tool" in the title, mark it used and post one blurry picture. No description, brand, nothing....now that's lazy. I've busted people copying auctions before, the average response...

HF day after sale, 12/26 & 27 bleh

I picked up a few small things including a Mini Maglite (USA) for $10.00. Though there was a giant stack of coupons next to the register I had to ask for one. As far as I could tell not a single customer in front of me received a coupon.

    I'm done with SK

I dealt with an SK ratchet exchange before. They actually lost the ratchet I sent in but they eventually replaced it. Just stay on top of them. It's a pain but you'll get what you want. I found it best to call them.

    FYI....Dickies Xmas clearance sale again

Thanks for the info fellas. I only ordered one long sleeve work shirt but with the coupon code and sale I got it for a little under $9.00. Arrived two days after I paid for it. Very nice quality. I noted that it was made in Nicaragua. Still, a quality made item. Would have ordered more but...

    Sometimes You're Surprised

Over the last year I've noticed a good deal of all plastic items such as funnels, cases and tubs found in discount stores were made in the US. Even the foil pans I bought for Thanksgiving were US made.

Dont forget, plomb is warranted by snap-on...

He's revised again. Tone and info has changed. I wonder how many people messaged him.

His revision is one of the funniest things I've read in a while.

How to Handle this Ebay transaction.

Sellers can't leave negative feedback anymore and those that leave negative comments by way of leaving a "positive" one risk losing their account. I've filed on tons of people and received the fees back. Just can't replace the time. Sometimes it's best that it works out this way. You may get...

How to Handle this Ebay transaction.

It's not worth fighting with the bidder. He's already wasted your time and money, cut your loses short and file a claim. There are multiple options, one being that the buyer did not want the item. The buyer will be sent a notice to agree or disagree to. If for some reason he disagrees then you...

    Good Times Bad Times...

Ultimately the seller is at fault here for such shoddy packaging. I have packed $2.00 CDs with more care. He'll probably file with UPS, hopefully that works out if not just file against him.

    Good Times Bad Times...

Generally, I only mark an item Fragile if a customer requests it. The word "Fragile" is like a target to some.

    Good Times Bad Times...

Sometimes UPS does not collect small claims so if he files you might be able to keep the wrenches.
