    Toptul (17.5"L) 1/2"Dr. Flex-Head with 72 Teeth

I would just like to mention, that I doubt that this seller has the inventory to replace a tool for someone that may need it replaced for some reason. They may be willing to return money, replace with a same or different tool like I am, but maybe not. sincerely,

    Question from Toptul (Mike Wren)

Stephenw, uh yeah, it says right on the home page that they don't work yet. Sorry that it is not done yet. Most of the website does "work" by the way. I'm just a bit old school and like talking to customers vs every single thing being automated. It is BAD that you can't see the pricing right...

    Question from Toptul (Mike Wren)

yes, if I'm honest, I would rather sell without the tray so I don't have to ship or inventory them......unless I find that the price being charge on average is a lot higher than what I would charge.

    Serious opinions needed

Shocker, I'm over in Spokane. IMHO, the business model is broken and starting to fail for all the truck brands. In order for them to keep growing profits, they will have to move production overseas. ANd this will NOT please their most dependable customer base......the NASCAR fan...if you know...

    Question from Toptul (Mike Wren)

blacknwhite....yes I have your email but have been waiting to respond (putting you off if I'm honest) while I get out some wish list orders where the people have been waiting a very long time. I can get you that socket holder but I will have to order it. It is meant for retail display so I'm...

    Question from Toptul (Mike Wren)

uh...wow. I didn't expect such a quick and enthusiastic response. If there are different trays with different characteristics...that makes things a little more interesting. If a few of you could send me emails (not PMs) telling me your favorites would be of help....that way I can research what...

    Question from Toptul (Mike Wren)

I was just wondering what the level of interest would be if in the near future I started to offer complete sets of different sockets to fill a Hanson (sp?) tray? Would you like the tray included?? Just a thought. Thanks for your time. Sincerely,

    Crunching The Numbers - Toptul

ahh yes.......I realize that it is a very big mistake on my part. But the correct prices and the wrong prices are both unfortunately available on that part of the site. The first list seems out of place, the second seems correct, and the third is wrong. All will be pulled off the site shortly so...

    Crunching The Numbers - Toptul

One other point, those two sets ARE different. One says satin finish, one says chrome. Also the post from dled.....has the old price list. ANd I found the error as well. On the sockets page the third price sheet listed is wrong as was mistakenly posted by my internet folks. The price sheet for...

    Crunching The Numbers - Toptul

Merk, there may be a mistake with the PDF files in some cases. I was trying to somehow get prices to everyone back then when I knew that a new site was going to take some time. The screen shot prices do not match my cuurent price list when I look it up for myself. I show the price...in mirror...

    What's your Toptul wish list?

funny, the people who are super critical don't have the tool in their hands. I mean to not like a tool made in Taiwan is completely understandable to me. I get it. But to not have the tool, and then make the comment that it is comparable to 'junk' from the pacific rim.....makes me think someone...

    What's your Toptul wish list?

speaking of waiting...I'll be working the long weekend and should be caught up by Tuesday of next week with the wish lists. This also means if I get a new inquiry I will respond but put them off until the lists are are done. It's only fair since you all have been waiting and not really yelling...

What would Snap-on tools cost if they were made in Taiwan?

It's a valid point. The bottle neck right now is not shipping time...it's me. And it's the website. I first need to get the shopping cart EASY to navigate and find prices. That will free me from answering price questions literally all day. And it's getting close but getting a shopping cart to...

What would Snap-on tools cost if they were made in Taiwan?

This is the reason for my price level. I wanted to build this business at a certain lower level of margin so I don't have to worry about someone coming along and eating my cheese. I'm a realist. Some company will try to beat me at some point. that is why I am trying to grow this business...
