    The Old 'Arn Barn

Thanks guys! Yeah to move it, I got my transmission jack under it and rolled it around.

    The Old 'Arn Barn

Thank you! Haha yeah the 7 stages of OWWMery is, so far, quite accurate. Yeah, I like my assortment of different machines, but it would be nice to have the complete Delta Milwaukee catalog with all the rare attachments. It is a disease for sure! I should post more on OWWM, but I'm afraid...

That plywood is going to make a great workbench. How are you planning on finishing the top of it?

    1940s Power King score

Haha thanks! The guy I got them from had gotten them at an estate sale. He said they were all bolted to the guys bench in his basement workshop. I would have liked to have seen that. And thanks for my first you ****! :bounce: That is pretty cool. It looks like it is great shape for its age.

    Industrial Metal Desks

It's crazy what some people try to sell them for. I wonder if anyone actually pays their asking price. :dunno:

    Industrial Metal Desks

Thanks, guys. It's got a little rust on one side, but other than that, it's in great shape. That's awesome that you got yours on a roadtrip with your son. Pretty much all the tools I've bought have neat roadtrip stories attached to them too. I'll have to get a couple rubber bumpers. I think...

    Industrial Metal Desks

Thanks to this thread, I'd been looking for one of these. A couple weeks ago, I saw this one on CL for $40. It's a heavy beast. It's made by Invincible...a very fitting name. The lady said she couldn't find the key for it. When I was cleaning it out, I found it inside.

    Harley Workshop

I love the bar & shield on the floor. Also, the orange and black paint on the wall looks awesome. I'm seriously considering doing something like that in my shop.

    The Old 'Arn Barn

So after looking at the tanker desk thread, I got a hankering for one for the shop. I found one on CL for $40 a few weeks ago. Long story short, do not buy anything off craigslist after dark. Ever. Anyways, after quite the adventure, I got this home. It's made by a company called Invincible...

    The Old 'Arn Barn

Thanks! Haha I know what you mean about the addiction...I told my wife that I'd practically bought every piece of equipment in the Delta Milwaukee catalog, so I should be good to go. But that doesn't stop me from mindlessly searching CL for good deals. You've got some great old 'arn! I...

    Motorcycle Garages Only

Here's my lineup on one side of the shop. My wife's '01 Vulcan, our newest member the '08 FLHTCU 105th Anniversary, and my '05 FXDI.

    Lets see your workbench

Here's mine. It's made of some type of butcher block or bowling alley. It was here when I bought the place. It spans almost the whole end of my 30 x 40. Excuse the mess in front of it.

    1940s Power King score

That looks like a great tablesaw. I know what you mean about the weight...these things are monsters compared to the plastic and tin junk they sell nowadays. Half the fun is restoring them, so they'll run for another 75 years.

    Workshop 88

Yeah I gave up on it cuz I didn't want to have to go to art school and get a job a long ways away from home. That and my drawings are not the best. I really enjoy all the space I have, but sometimes I think a smaller garage would be neat with everything packed away in its place like in...

    The Old 'Arn Barn

Haha thanks for your comments! Well I've only got three separate buildings. The main 30 x 40 barn with the attached lean-to, then the open shed along the side of the barn, and finally the smaller galvanized tin shed. I was so glad to get the property. It's only on about 1.5 acres, so it's too...

    Between 265 & 485 SQ/FT The 12-Gauge Garage

I don't think your garage can even lose in any type of contest cuz it's just so perfect. Congrats!

    Laugh at me...

That *****. At least we can (hopefully) learn from your mistake. I'd like to do something like that for my old Delta Milwaukee bandsaw. What is your bandsaw? It looks Craftsman-y.

I've been a long time lurker on your thread, and I must say, I really like your garage and sketches. When I was younger, I'd draw cars all the time and wanted to be a car designer. Well I became a mechanical engineer instead and haven't looked back. I also really like your Willys truck. I almost...
