Is NM cable the same as romex type cable, maybe I am wrong, can I run that inside of the plastic conduit. One other thing I just thought of, is plastic conduit rigid plastic allowed on a garage ceiling, just thinking about that?

If he sink is polyethylene epoxy's might not hold up. I think you might need one of those kits that basically melts a stick of PE onto the crack and they basically become one. Their are foreign kits on ebay for pretty short money. PE can be a real pain since most adhesives just won't stick...

Dynarex Blue Nitrile gloves, sometimes wish they were a bit thicker but it makes every job easier and cleaner. $6/box shipped. The only time I beat that deal was a local guy has cases of hospital ones but only had a few.

I bought one at lowes, then bought an htp and finally ended up with a Miller digital and the comments are absolutely true, it is a better experience and I am able to see better with it. Not sure the reasons why but it is noticeably better.
