Laminate is tough as hell. You can't beat tile durability, and in my rentals, if there is tile, I tend to leave it. If there is carpet, I rip that **** out, and laminate it, unless the area calls for tile. But yea, laminate takes a beating from these careless tenants, and still looks good. Not...
