    Sawzall Pruning Blade?

I’ve had the same experience with them snapping at the shank. I bought large pack of the Diablos on clearance from HD 5 or 6 years ago and have used them quite a bit. They work great even on large limbs/small trees. Oh, and if you have the orbital setting on your recip saw, this makes them...

Name is the best way. The stores in the Atlanta area are mostly corporate owned and are just listed as “NAPA Auto Parts”. Several north of Atlanta area are “NAPA Auto Parts-Quality Parts”. FYI the stores are independent, not franchises so they are able to price things however they chose.

You probably need to select a company owned store to get that price. Depending on where you are located, there may not be any near you though.

need recommendations for air tools and accessories

I had one like that for years except horizontal and it was terrible. I won a door prize at a Home Depot corp event for a similar one plus some air tools. I exchanged them for an oil free vertical and couldn’t believe how much quieter it was. But I still plumbed it as far away from my shop as...

    Dang, that’s clever

I have one in my shop that is ceiling mounted, but the rear legs are on the floor. The front legs are about 3 ft off the ground so that my hardware storage bins can slide under.

    Overflow tools

I started with a set in my Jeep when I was in college. After graduating, I added basic stuff to the daily driver. Then I bought a tool box and started accumulating. That box now lives in my detached shop. Overflow happened and I ended up with a box in the attached (daily driver) garage plus a...

DIY Universal Power Tool Battery - Possible?

Seems like more trouble than sticking to one battery platform with adapters when you stray from that platform. I had been running all Ridgid but then added a few Ryobi tools. I recently purchased the Dewalt chainsaw. All are powered by Ridgid Batteries.

I’ve seen these in Lowe’s and love the idea, but never pulled the trigger. At $13 I couldn’t resist and am in for 2.
