I was going to have a fender washer and neoprene washer behind the vertical unistruts between ribs. If it's not quite enough to clear the ribs, I can shim it further out either behind the vertical strut, or between the vertical and the next horizontal piece in front of it.

...and I was thinking of using 1/2" carriage bolts for the convenience of them fitting the slots in the strut until I realized the heads wouldn't fit through the narrow part of the strut. :lol_hitti

This was my thoughts in the matter. Food, water, shelter, and security are what I think people should focus on. A (dry) bunker might be useful for storage of said supplies and use as a "safe room". But that's about it, as far as I figure.

The basic Flukes are not terribly expensive... a 101 if you don't need current reading is under $50, a 106 adds that feature and is still under $100.
