    Craftsman workbench on Craigslist

I have bought 3 similar ones on craigslist. The ones I have purchased had 5 drawers and a cabinet door. They did not have the pegboard included. I never paid more than $100 each. $275 is way to much in my opinion

I need to get a shed to store the kids toys, snowblower and lawnmower. I have room to put a shed behind the garage so this are still accessible. I'm looking at the vinyl sheds approximately 8'X10' in size. This is just a temporary solultion until I can get a deck and patio built and then...

    Kids play set

Look on Craigslist there is always a bunch people are selling. Use the wood structure and buy new swings, slides or other accessories. I got a huge set for free and then sanded and stained it. I also bought new swings and other things. All the neighbors think it looks like a new swingset.

My dad had a cabinet similar to that. I really liked the curved corners and the round door handles. I have been looking for one for years, but have never come across one. The one he had got damaged and he threw it away.

    New Lawn Mower?????????

I would also vote for the Honda that was listed above. Always starts, cuts great. Good mower. I previously had a John Deere walk behind and wasn't very happy with it.

    Garage Storage loft design

I don't know how much it will support. I weigh about 250 and I don't feel any deflection when I walk along the end. I will not put anything real heavy up there. I have shelves up there that are hung off the wall for storing things. I got the idea from this website...

    Garage Storage loft design

I built a mezzanine above my garage door also. I used 2x6 construction for the floor. I also used uni-strut with threaded rod to support the beam. Un-strut along the ceiling attached to every rafter/floor joist above and then uni-strut on the bottom of the 2x6. 1/2" Threaded rod every 4'-0"...

    Permit for any size shed

Usually all they want to see is a plan of the shed, which doesn't need to have a lot of detail. Also they would like to see a plan of your yard with where you want to locate the shed.

I knew there was a reason I bought some jack stands last week. $20 for safety is not that expensive.

    Framing in a basement

I just read about this yesterday in a handyman magazine. You need to attach rigid closed-cell insulation about 1-1/2" thick directly to the foundation and then seal the seams. Then build your wall using 2X4 framing or whatever you plan to use. Attach drywall. Do not use a vapor barrier behind...

Rack Ideas: 20' lengths of steel on a 12' vehicle

Couldn't you rent a trailer for what it would cost to build something to haul it home on your Jeep. I have learned that sometimes it is easier, quicker and sometimes cheaper to buy or rent something than it would be to build yourself.

I like the design and drawings. Looks like you put a lot of time and thought into the layout. What did you use to draw the 3D plans?
