    Bathroom Light

OP HERE. I'm not getting this bathroom install inspected. I'm not concerned about absolute code compliance. I am looking for the spirit, not the letter of the law. I want it safe, but not worried about a violation. Thanks for all of the great input guys. Please do not turn this thread into...

Dewalt 20v Battery Not Fully Charging

Gotcha. I am fairly clueless when it comes to electronics. Need to use small words and type slowly. I do have a couple desktop computer power supplies. I am gathering from my context clues that I need to apply a voltage until the voltage of the cells comes up to match the other cells. What...

I do not have a charger like that. Can you recommend one capable of fixing this issue with consideration for very limited use after fixing this issue?

Dewalt 20v Battery Not Fully Charging

I tried Google, but it seems most people have issue with running the batteries too far down and then they won't take a charge. That is not my issue. I have (2) 5ah batteries that charge to two bars and then the charger says they are done. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

    Bathroom Light

I plan to run an outlet in off of another outlet in the garage. I plan to put the radio in the bathroom to keep the dust out of it. I have had a real issue with grinding dust getting into radios and killing them.

    Bathroom Light

If I turn out the lights, then I am locking up the garage. They will have a bigger problem. I do appreciate the input though.

    Bathroom Light

I am putting a bathroom in my 30x40x12 garage. I am considering wiring the bathroom light into the circuit for the overhead lights. All of the lights in the building are on one switch. I would like to tap into one of the existing lights, to a switch just inside the bathroom door to control...

Source for 80 Gallon Air Tank?

I've decided to purchase a new one. Now it is just a matter of where to buy from. Hoping there is a seller within 100 miles of me that I can go pick it up. If not, has anyone dealt with 'Compressor World'?

Is there a point wiring sub 2hp engines as 220v?

You sir may be a jack ***. Not sure, but might be. You revived a three year old thread to chastise the internet on proper nomenclature.

Source for 80 Gallon Air Tank?

I saw those two tanks in WV for sale. It is tempting to drive up there. Would cost me more in fuel than they cost. Don't want a horizontal tank, where I am putting it I don't want to give up the floor space.

Source for 80 Gallon Air Tank?

I've been doing some searching, looks like $1000-1200 is an average price for an 80 gallon shipped to the house. Would love to find a distributor within 100 miles or so to go pick one up.

Source for 80 Gallon Air Tank?

My compressor's tank has a hole in the bottom. Need a new tank. Anyone know a good source to pick up a quality tank at a fair price? I'm checking out marketplace and CL for used option, but concerned I may end up down the same path.

    Cold Batteries

That's why I was thinking a thermostat, to keep the temps from going too high. Sometimes it is weeks before I go in the garage and the temps swing from 20-80degrees Fahrenheit in the course of a week. Just this morning it was 34, and 65 by noon.

    Cold Batteries

I use them in the garage most times. Don't want to run in the house every time I need a battery.

    Cold Batteries

I am having issues with my dewalt 20v batteries being too cold to charge, or not working well due to cold temps. Anyone have a good solution for this? I have a detached garage that is not heated. I don't want to bring the batteries and chargers into the house. I am considering a cabinet with...
