Fuel Pump vs Fuel Pressure Regulator DIAG

Well, being that you can't determine the difference between a check valve leaking in the pump vs a pressure regulator that is in the fuel tank and would have to replace both or pull it apart twice, I would just change the whole thing. If you don't mind doing the job more than once, go ahead.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it, if the pressure bleeds down quickly, replace the whole fuel pump module with a quality one and be done with it.

Did the unthinkable at Harbor Freight

The only electric tool I have from there is the angle grinders, when they go on sale for like ten bucks. You can easily have one for every type of grinding disc or wire disc and never have to swap discs while working.

    Floor Jack and Jack stands

As to the power brake booster... I have 35s on my Scrambler and stopping that thing with manual brakes takes some leg muscle. I built a hydraboost system and had to learn how to use that brake pedal all over again. Locking them up takes no effort at all.

    Snap-On line wrenches. Which style?

I've done cars for the last 45 years, grab the double ended and a stubby open end for the remaining task at hand. Usually the length of the full size wrench gets in the way to finish the job.
