Picked mine up. COO China. The metal case is nice though, as others have pointed out.

That looks very similar to mine. The set I got is from Costco, branded Bon Aire, made in Taiwan. Flex head, micro ratchet, with bits, and spline sockets. The case is metal, the clear top is glass on mine (weird, huh?).

Would also love to know this answer. Was about to spring for all new ratchet set, and a new flex head ratchet set. I was going to cheap out and go Gearwrench, but if Proto comes out with em, I'll wait and save up.
