Well a closer look at the pull out disconnect I found that the pull out would not take a #6 wire. So I just ordered a GE TGN 3322 for $46.00 that will take up to a #2 wire and is rated for 10HP motor. Just posted this for anyone else following this thread. I just wanted this to be right by code...
