The concrete was poured at two separate times. The stuff the trailer is sitting on is 18' x 24' and was poured in 2011. The other slab is 24' x 24'. Both slabs have expansion cuts on their center lines.

Any more input? I was thinking about firring the exposed walls out with treated 2" x 4" ripped down to 2". Space them 16" OC and cut 2" blue board to lay between them. Finish would likely be some tin.

Just finishing up my 24' x 42' garage and crank on my floor heat. I have some questions. Below is a picture of the slab. To the right (other side of trailer) there is a 3' cement wall dropping down to a small concrete slab. Backside of the slab is a 3' wall. To the left is cement patio...

24' x 42' with 10' sidewalls and old galvanized tin on the ceiling. Qty 13, 8' t-8 tandems.

More on my plans. I had originally planned on running some PVC to each tool and tying it all into my shop vac. The more I read the better it sounds to look into a Dust Collector is a much more effective idea.

I assume they spanned the 48" between trusses on the top cord with 2" x 4" or 2 " x 6" to support the roofing?

I am in the planning stages. I was just curious what the right way is. Two options the way I see it, either space rafter further apart or cut the bottom cord and frame around. Which option is better? I am using 8/12 pitch bonus room rafters so head room will not be a problem.

Still in the design stage of my garage, but I would like to add 30" wide attic steps to my garage. How do your install 30" wide attic steps on rafters placed 24" OC?
