I ordered 1 and received the same message last week. Today the mail man brought a box from amazon, I opened it up and found a case of 6 of these wrenches. Same thing happened a few months ago, I bought a box of latex gloves and received a case of 10 boxes.

I'm a big fan of using vinegar for rust removal, I have soaked plenty of rusty parts in vinegar and always am happy with how clean the parts come out after soaking. I would try that method first, followed by a rinse then soaking in a good oil.
