I also don't want conflict with someone telling me not to open my box that I paid for and legally I can't open it. This policy is crazy what are the afraid of? If i was shipped with care they should want you to inspect. This does not apply if outside package shows damage, then you can inspect.

cnk what color did you get? what are you storing under the top lid? my concern was seeing what is stored in the top, tool vault 5621 uses on open top front design but i like the extreme better.

Forgot to mention one thing that is of concern with the tool vault is the small drawer height. Tool vault 2'' Extreme 2.25" that does not seem like much but it is 12.5% deeper.

gdoctor3 the extreme uses 18g steel on there drawers vs 20g on the tool vault plus the extreme has a upgraded finish with polished aluminum trim. also I do like the blue color just the green a little more.
