I am confused and have been trying to figure out if, when rewiring an air compressor from 120V to 220V. Do you need to plug it into any other outlet different from a standard 120V outlet? Please explain! Thanks!

Yeah I would love 220V compressor, but I am living in a condo that only has two 120V outlets :mad: and its only a one car garage. Their are some other air compressors at Atwoods (like fleet farm) but they aren't brand name by any means... craigslist doesn't even have a city close to Enid on...
