You are confusing profit margin with markup. They are not the same. Price increase from $1 to $1.50 is 50% increase, not 33.3% increase.

You can get most of the Amazon sockets in a few days, and in many cases, the next day or overnight, free shipping. Additionally, you can get the socket the same day at Menard's, HD, Lowe's, HF etc., so not sure why you want to pay extra for Tekton.

Not a stick, but I like my Bosch 18V. I attached a strap to it and can carry it around on my shoulder. Picked it up late last year for $129, and got free 4Ah battery and charger.

For the price of the Rosseau just use that money and get the Bosch 4100 with gravity rise stand. I have the saw and the fence is easy to adjust and always parallel to the blade. Pneumatic tires should allow it to be transported up/down stairs relatively easily.
