This is the commercial version. It is automatic and does an excellent job. I have sharpened a couple thousand drill bits with this unit.

I have an electric 40610 and a pneumatic 40320. They both do a good job but the pneumatic is a little more powerful. I got the electric for those times when I did not have an air supply close to the work.

I guess I must be doing things totally wrong since I have been using Snapon taps and dies for over 40 years and they have worked just fine for me.

The Snapon gold colored ones seem to be much stronger. Also I would try using a shorter length hex bit.
