I understand the change in US tool companies outsourcing their tools. But me and my friends were happy with anything coming from Japan. During Japanese motorcycle repairs. To this day, we would rather buy anything from Japan than from the US.

I believe this set is for a particular age and child. Plus, a certain amount of time to spend with the child. That is something parents just do not want to do.

I've done change out HVAC here near Lexington Ky horse farms years ago. Even the Queen of England's horse barns. But not saying they did not use such but I think your on to something.

I agree the saws are not top quality but do have an edge when starting. And the drill functions okay. But I think a great starter to get the concept of each tool. And the saws can be sharpened and taught to sharpened. Thanks.

I found this at the scrap yard for .50 cents a pound. Only use it one-time until the head fly's off. Marked Forged Steel, Made in Tiwan.
