Picked this C3 up for 80 bucks today

I have a Scangrip head lamp which in my opinion has the best beam pattern as far as headlamps. Its focused downwards so your work surface is properly illuminated. Only situation where that turned out to be non beneficial would be me working in a footwell dislocating as much joints as I can

How much would a vise like this be worth?

So I found this Vice on my local classifieds which thanks to you guys was identified as a Wilton C3. As of now I know that it has been repainted at some point at that the markings probably were removed as well. it was most likely used by the U.S. Government in its first years. More to come...

My 5 inch York vise I just finished restoring.

sanded wit 400/800/1200/2000 grit and then polished not more slippery than my gearwrench or any other typical chrome ratchet.

Didn't like the satin finish of my 1/2" Wera ratchet. So I changed it.
