my dealer wouldnt warranty the flex cable on mine, but when i contacted crystal lake, they sent me a replacement cord free of charge, albeit not the long flex cord, but it was replaced.

I agree with the mag drill, you might be able to rent one. We used ours at work to drill through the forks on our fork lift. i think it will handle your bucket. check your local rentals, im sure they can help

I have 3 of these files and LOVE Them.. They are perfect for fixing axle studs that get smacked with a 10 pound sledge. I have also repaired front spindle threads, considering some of these can be upwards of 2" in diameter. Makes it hard to find die that size.
