Something else to think about, I would also guess that the hacker would now have your name, address and possibly phone number (if it was included for shipping). The money will get refunded but you are losing some other personal info.

Those pliers are used to bend over a locking tab under a propeller nut. Can see how they would be useful, it's a bit annoying to get a grasp on those tabs sometimes.
