Have you ever taken stock of your garage contents?

Thanks Matt, you hit the nail on the head with one of your statements in piticular. In order for a fair assessment of your home insurance, an agent has to come out to the property and do a through assessment. If you run any type of home based business or even keep tools or product at your house...

Brand New Floor. What would you do?

Subscribed, in the same position. Pouring will begin in a few weeks. My main concern is protection from carbides and picks from my sled. So I will be laying 4x6 horse stall mats in "the wrenching" area of the garage to protect the floor. I will secure them to the concrete via lag bolts. So I'm...

When I was done i threw the rags in my dump trailer which was parked in the carport. They started igniting, and one...

Hey guys, like many others.... I've been a ******** lurker on GJ for years. Finally took the plunge and signed up. Here's the run down. We moved into our dream home last November. Got through Christmas and started to renovate. 3 months later(March) literally the day we finished the reno, we had...

Rule of thumb on tree removal pricing.

You guys got it easy, in my township any tree with a base diameter greater than 30cm needs a permit for removal. Even if it's on your own property. Madness.
