That's pretty interesting. I might have to stop by my local Aldi and at least check it out in person. I think it might be pretty useful on an electronics work bench, where your screwdrivers and pliers would be small, and wouldn't be obstructed too much by the cords.

My Knipex cutters do an excellent job for me, they're a lot better than my old Channel Lock CB pair, and are just a hair better than Kleins, both at cutting thick cable/wire, and for cutting things like pull strings. At least for me. Maybe yours are defective in some way? I know side cutters...

That polisher will work with the diamond pads. With diamond pads, you can't put too much pressure on them anyway (the pads will start coming apart and the embedded diamonds will break loose under too much heat/pressure), so a slower less powerful polisher isn't an issue. The variable speed...
