I LOVE Felo screwdrivers. Most comfortable grips I've felt by a long shot. The Ergonics are my favorite, but the black and red "2 component handles" feel great as well. The wood handle ones are awesome as well, and surprisingly cheap for what they are.

I have light gray (flat) with sand texture on my garage ceilings and I love it. Looks kind of like concrete. I don't think light gray really makes much of a different compared to white in regards to light reflection. If you think you'll like how the color looks, then I say go for it.

I used regular plastic boxes that nail into the studs for my plywood walls. Just set them at the correct depth, and cut your holes accurately and you shouldn't have any problems. Metal outlet covers might help to make sure the plugs don't move when plugging/unplugging stuff into them.

Not a silly question, the Cobra pliers are made to grip round or roundish (Hex, etc.) surfaces. The way the jaws are shaped they bite very hard into whatever you're grabbing - for better or for worse. They grip like mad, but also will scratch and mar whatever they grab. The silver pliers...

I can see no reason to own smooth jaw channel lock (tongue and groove) pliers if you already own Knipex pliers wrenches. The Knipex pliers wrenches are a far superior design.. just a lot more expensive.

A bank of heavy duty DPDT relays could do the trick if you have the patience to do all the wiring involved in making it work.
