At my work they put down rexthane over bare concrete after a diamond cut. A drain leaked on it and it peeled off the floor. Because of that incident alone i wont use their products

Ok my next question. If you apply the epoxy is it crucial that you apply the urethane immediately afterwards? Due to cost issues was wondering if I could do epoxy one year and coat with urethane at a later time

Legacy.......will that floor stay that shiny for many years? Also after two coats that looks great. Is it necessary to cover with urethane for stain protection or is the epoxy good enough? Especially for a guy like me who works in the garage on hot rods etc?

Looking to cover bare concrete. Want a good sealer that will hold up to heavy equipment,welding, cars etc. Was researching here but didn't see much on polyaspartic. Is this good on new bare concrete? Will it hold up well to my needs? I am building a 30x60 barn don't wanna break the bank...
