We recently switched from forced air to IR in our shop where I work. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! We love them!!! It heats up the objects in the room (TRUCKS). I am thinking of putting in my shop at home also. Gotta have enough clearance though... Munsk.

I sweep with soft bristled push-broom every week. To get under shelving and toolboxes, I suggest giving your 4 year old a pair of ear plugs and a shop vac. 36 X 40.

Spray Lube = Penetrating oil. Hands down.... Penetro 90. Yet another wonderful product from Schaeffer Oil. For all around use... WD40 (cheap and smells good), Liquid Wrench, PB Blaster, then Penetro 90. Notice the ascending price points. My $.02

Wow, I thought mine was heavy! I had to use the winch on my 4 wheeler to get off its back and back upright. I don't know how many lbs it weighs, but it was almost too much for 5 guys to slide off a trailer. (before I added the steel top) Yours is great! What a nice bench!!!

If you are working flat rate, speed = money! So almost always use power/air for tear-down. I NEVER (almost) reassemble with power tools. If you are working on your own project or hobby, I wouldn't use power or air much... No need to. Impact for big stuff or rusted only. I like the finesse of...
