    Opinions on Tool Vault?

I have simply ran out of space in my current box. I've re-organized it a couple of times to try and get some more room, but came up short of where I want to be, so I'm looking at adding another box. My garage space is slightly limited so I'd like to get rid of one of my benches (move it to my...

    Husky 80 inch toolbox

I'd be really interested in your thoughts on it. My local HD has one of these on the sales floor: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-72-in-W-x-24-in-D-15-Drawer-Mobile-Workbench-with-Stainless-Steel-Top-in-Red-H72MWC15R/303960793 I fondled it a bit and really really like it.

Officially complete! Finished up the siding about noon or so on Saturday. But since I was done before beer o'clock I took the opportunity to get some shelving in using some of the leftover materials: It was a very fun project but I'm glad to have it done now. I'm beyond happy with...

I left the office a little early today to take advantage of the nice weather and get a bit of the siding on. After about 3 hours I got a good chunk of the (easy parts) of the siding on! So far I'm feeling good about how it's coming out.

If anyone has vinyl siding tips, please help a brother out. I've never done it before, but have watched a lot of youtube vids haha.

Then the corners, and my first experience with fascia! The vinyl fascia has a bit of a learning curve to it, and I'm glad I bought 150% of what I really needed, because I made a few mistakes. But in the end, I think it came out alright. This is pretty much how it sit's right now. My order...

Then my first attempt at doing soffit work. I think it actually came out pretty well considering it's my first attempt:

Then we got a prediction of 6" of snow so I left work early one afternoon to get the roll up door installed, which was way easier than I expected it to be. I also ordered this pretty sweet 75" aluminum threshold for under the roll up door:

Then I conscripted a couple of friends to help stand it all up! Here's what it looked like at the end of that saturday: Then by the end of the weekend: Went from a pile of parts to a shed shaped object that weekend.

Then I got a bit cocky and built my own trusses. I built a fixture on the floor to insure that all of the trusses were alike, they may not be perfect, but at least they're all similar. haha. It actually worked out really well. I had prints for all of the sub-components of the trusses and...

Does it look like a shed yet? Wall time! North Wall: East Wall: I guess I neglected to take a pic of the South and West walls but they're just basic walls without any openings.

3/4" OSB for the floor: All the time getting the structure of the base square paid off, all of the floor OSB lined up Perfectly.

Once I was satisfied with my plan, I started attacking the back corner of my lot, with a shovel and some blocks. The blocks are on 10 inches of sand compacted down every inch or so. I added a bit more support soil onto the back row after this pic as well. I wont lie, that took me an entire...

Hey all! I really should have started this thread when I started the project, but I thought I'd share even though I'm almost done at this point. I'm a first time homeowner, so my house is in need of some improvements. I've been slowly picking away at improvements over the last two years but...
