    Hinge bore jig

Cmt or the blum eco drill. A used pneumatic hinge boring machine is worth checking for on FBMP, they are occasionally cheap (I picked up 2 for less combined than a cmt jig)

50 degrees is to cold for pva, so out comes the makeshift heat, with makeshift blower..

I don't go above 150 for painted items, and don't start below 120 90% of the time. If I need 60/80 it's usually better to hit it with a hand plane. I'll go to 220 after primer and usually hand sand. What's the orbit on the dewalt? I have a 2mm orbit festool ets 125 that I strongly dislike...

    Dewalt Kits at HD.

It's not more batteries, it's just wired differently. You could have 3 sets of 5 cells wired in series for 18v or 15 cells wired in series for 54v. You need the extra switching components to allow both in the same cell pack.

    Woodworking Tool Kit - Suggestion/Critique

I'd buy the Mirka if I was buying today, but the ETS ec 150/5 has been good to me for 10 years.

Decimal inches all the way. These are woodshop tools: OP: Sanding takes more time than you expect, whatever you can do to make it more effective and less time-consuming helps.

Unrelated to the interior work currently going on, but I did set some of the countertop stones and both grills Christmas eve, because what better day to work outside on something you are not using any time soon.

She keeps suggesting downsizing (which would necessitate doing it all over again), fortunately rates and prices make that a loosing proposition for a variety of reasons.

Nice work. If you shift the dovetail you can avoid the drawer bottom groove showing.

It's the classic: "this house is great, let's change everything" To be fair it's slow progress since we have been in the house for 9 years and most was planned out since then. The lower wall painted white is supposed to be wainscoting.

The entire house is in some level of remodeling. I started the master bedroom 2 years ago and the paneling is the last item on the list (in conjunction with the coffee bar that has been sitting in the front parlor for a year+) The bolection moulding for the master bedroom was done back here...

Nice. What's the actual travel on that slider? My 2700mm table has 3000mm of travel. Which is nice but a pain to use all of it. It's one of the reasons I'd like a 10' slider.
